Please bear with us as we are experiencing some shipping delays and your order/return may take a little while longer at the moment
To all our fellow Oafs out there,
We think it’s important to update you all on the actions we’re taking in this crazy situation we call Covid - 19. In this weird world of uncertainty It’s difficult to know what the right thing to do is at this time so we’ll continue to do what we always do, go with our gut and what we feel is best for you and for us. As a small, independent brand we want to prioritise the health and safety of our employees, customers and you our fellow community.
To ensure we do all we can to control the spread of the virus at Oaf HQ we implemented a work from home policy, effective immediately. We are currently working with a much smaller skeleton team so please be patient with us.
Our offices are still closed and we are continuing to work from home until its completely safe not to. For this reason our customer service phone line isn’t currently available but you can still drop us an email info@lazyoaf.com or chat on socials @lazyoaf with any queries you may have.
Our warehouse is operating as normal with daily sanitations and all the necessary precautions and appropriate safety guidance. However this will impact on dispatch times, so again please be patient with us.
During this period our couriers and our delivery services have also been experiencing delays and some border closures. If you want to track your order or parcels please follow the links below. If that hasn’t given the answers you need please get in touch with info@lazyoaf.com
We have also extended our returns policy 60 days to allow for delayed shipping times and to give you plenty of time to decide whether your new clothes are lock down wardrobe-worthy.
We plan to carry on as normal the best we can and are also ensuring that we continue to support those that work with us, our creative community, our contributors and our factories in any way that we can.
We have managed to keep a small flow of product flowing from our factories to bring you fresh oafness that had been in our design pipeline for the last 14 months. We want to support our small factories and this is the best way we can, this is keeping them and us going.
We have continued squeezing our creative juices to create shoots and content from the safety of our own homes and working with collaborators to bring you content that isn’t putting them or anyone else at risk.
We urge you at this time to help and support those that need it most, the small businesses, the self employed, the vulnerable, our incredible NHS, those in part time or contracted hourly work and all the others that will feel the brunt. Let’s try our best to look after each other.
Let us know your antidotes and what’s getting you through, I wish I still had Love Is Blind to binge, but smashed it too early.
Things are changing daily and we will keep you updated as and when we can.
One last thing….Dear Corona, Fuck Off.
