For any of you who have placed an order over the past few of weeks you may have noticed that you have not been receiving your packages quite as quickly as you may have hoped. Each day our postie Chris comes to our office to collect your packages and make sure they get delivered to you on time but things just haven't been the same at the moment. There are currently dozens of postal strikes happening on a more than weekly basis in London so unfortunately all of this is totally out of our control. According to the Royal Mail official website; there is currently an added delay to mail at the moment of around 1-2 days in most parts of London and around 3-4 days in parts of the SW and SE postal districts.
So if you are making an order for a special occasion then we recommend that you leave yourself with plenty of time for it to arrive, particularly in the run to Christmas.
As always, we are doing all we can to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible so please bare with us until the problem is resolved.

We can confirm that there will be an additional strike this Wednesday 14th October so please note that any special next day delivery orders placed after 1pm on Tuesday will not be processed until Thursday.
