Mens Spring 17 | All My Heroes Are Weirdos
“You’re twisting my melon man!” ... Paying homage to the moody angst of ‘Madchester’, the first drop from our Spring ‘17 collection see’s our attention drawn to the attitudes and styles of Manchester’s famed 90’s scene. Influence from both the colour palettes and patterns of the time can be seen in the Wide Stripe T-Shirt and Dark Stripe Longsleeve Top, both featuring our signature embroidered eyeball logo. For the pupil expanding evenings at The Haçienda we’ve mixed the best of both worlds with our contrasting pastel panelled Patchwork Cord Shirt...someone tell Bez!
Our second drop for Spring see’s our focus switch to the rule breakers and the non-conformers led by a simple self-admissive chain stitched statement...’Problem Child’. Drawing influence from the post punk era of England and America we see a continuation of anti-establishment attitudes and styles across a trio set including a relaxed Black Cotton T-Shirt and a nostalgic Navy Corduroy Zip Jacket with matching six-panel cap. Notable pieces also included in the collection are the Striped Velour Sweatshirt reminiscent of the early 80s in texture and colour but appropriated into a contemporary shape and our signature embroidered eyeball logo. Last but not least, our anti team DIY styled mismatched cotton pique Hockey jersey, a nod to the attitude of the times as let’s face it It’s hard enough to support yourself let alone a team.
